Emergency Loan

15 % p.a (1.25 % p.m. ) Reducing Balance
Max Upto: 20,000/-

Condition

1. Must be a Member of the society.
2. Share Money and Compulsory Deposit (CD) shall be min. 10 % each deposited into the account of the member.
3. 1 Guarantor (Guarantor shall be the existing member of the society and should not be a defaulter)

Documents Required

1. Photo Id Proof (Any like Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card, Pan Card etc.)
2. Address Proof (Water/Electricity bill, Compulsory)
3. Rent Agreement (In case of Tenant and Electricity/Water Bill of the Landlord)
4. Photo Id Proof (Any like Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card, Pan Card etc.)
5. 2 Latest Passport Size Photo.
6. 1 A / c Payee Cheque (CTS Cheque).
7. Aadhar card & Pan Card of Guarantor.
8. 1 latest passport size photo of guarantor.
9. Nominee’s Pan card.

Loan Tenure & Charges

1. Loan Tenure will be max. of 12 months.
2. Non-payment of the instalment on Due date will incur 3% penalty interest extra to the member.
3. Loan processing charges shall be applicable.

Regular Loan

Condition

1. Must be a Member of the society.

3. 2 / 3 Guarantor (Guarantor shall be the existing member of the society and should not be a defaulter)

1. Photo Id Proof (Any like Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card, Pan Card etc.)
2. Address Proof (Water/Electricity bill, Compulsory)
3. Income Proof (3 years ITR, Salary Slip, Affidavit)
4. Rent Agreement (In case of Tenant and Electricity/Water Bill of the Landlord)
5. Photo Id Proof (Any like Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card, Pan Card etc.)
6. 2 Latest Passport Size Photo.
7. 3 Payee Cheque (CTS Cheque).
8. Aadhar card & Pan Card of Guarantor.
9. 1 latest passport size photo of guarantor.
10. Nominee’s Pan card.

Loan against Deposit

14% p.a. (Reducing Balance on Loan against FD/RD)
Max Upto: 90% of the Deposits

Conditions

1. Must be a Member of the society.
2. Must produce the FD Certificate (in case of Loan against FD).
